No, there are no contracts, commitments, or cancellation fees. We request a 30 days’ notice if you choose to cancel.

All packages include unlimited users. All plans are billed automatically once a month. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Do you charge for support?
No. We will never charge for support! Call, email and chat as often as you need to. We are happy to help!
Is my data safe on the web?
Yes! We store all data on secured servers with regular data backups!
What happens to my information if I cancel?
We will archive your account for 12 full months just in case you change your mind.
What browsers and operating systems are supported?
We currently support Chrome, Firefox and Safari internet browsers and Microsoft, Android, Mac OS an iOS operating systems.
What devices are supported?
Desktop, laptops, tablets are all supported.
Is Quickbooks integrated with Five Star TMS?
Five Star TMS is integrated with Quickbooks online™. Quickbooks desktop™ is coming soon.
Are you integrated with any factoring companies?
Yes. We factor exclusively with eCapital. eCapital clients can submit their invoices for factoring from within the transportation management software application.
Is it easy to get started with Five Star TMS?
Yes. We have made Five Star TMS super easy to use. Plus, once registered, our onboarding team will reach out to you and schedule a training session to help you get started.
